On-Off hire survey (hull and bunker) To ascertain the quantities of Fuel Oil, remaining on board of a vessel at time of her Delivery to Time Charters or her Redelivery to Owners and, if required, to survey the condition of her cargo compartments etc.., with regards to eventual existing and/or claimed damages.
